Ok, so I am staying on the North shore of Oahu for this work thing this week. It brings back so many memories from when I went to school here for the summer a while back. I LOVE the North shore. Anyways, there is this most amazing shaved ice place in the world here. If any of you have experienced this you know what I am talking about. It's called Matsumotos. It's this little ghetto grocery store place that is known for it's yummy shaved ice. They put vanilla ice cream in the bottom then the shaved ice on top. They also have these sweetened red beans you can put in the bottom but I just do the ice cream. I don't know why but it seriously is the best little treat. I just could not pass up the opportunity to go since I am here. I HAD to get one. I got my usual, blue raspberry with ice cream! Andrea, Katie......remember how obsessed we were with these. He he. I was so embarrassed, I had to go to this work meeting right after and my teeth and tongue were still so blue. It was hilarious. Sorry....I know this is such a random post but I had to share. :)

Oh my gosh! Just looking at that made my mouth water... really, it did! LOL! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that place. I do believe Matsumoto deserves it's own post too!
Also, will you stop going to tropical paradises for work! J/K I know its still work, but maybe a piece of heaven too when you get a Matsumoto. Love the blue mouth at the meeting too - hilarious!

Brookie- I was just there not long ago and we went there everyday and it is amazing! I alreay miss it! Eat an extra one for me! Go pet some turtles for me too! Also you know the restraunt down the steet with the blue truck in front of it, they have the best coconut shrimp if you like it!! Have fun!
Ever since you sent me that picture the other day, I have been trying to find something that tastes similar and nothing is the working. I am so happy that you are in the warm and gorgeous North Shore! I have a blue moth right now from my snow cone that I ate a few minutes ago and work peeps are making fun of me (just trying to be like you sis). Bring it on!!!!
P.S. Just make sure you don't go sky diving with out me! I want to go again there so bad!
